The farmhouse Villa Monica Monica is located at the foot of the town of Montecarlo (LU),a village famous for its excellent wine, a few kilometers from Lucca, Pisa and Firenze.

It's the ideal place for a holiday in complete relaxation and tranquility , to find all the activities of traditional country life, like caring for animals and be awake in the morning by the crowing of the cock!

Here you can enjoy days of peace in the green Tuscan countryside or exploring the wonderful and numerous places and cities of art, all easily reachable in no more than one hour's drive

The farmhouse includes an apartment on the first floor of a house only, made in the classic rustic Tuscan that combines the modern comfort with style once a time.

The apartment has two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms with bath tub and shower, a spacious living room with fireplace, armchairs and divan, and the kitchen equipped with everything necessary. From the kitchen leads directly to the balcony complete with table and chairs
In the large garden of mq.2000 are all the equipment for outdoor dining, a childrens playground and mt.10x4 swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. Beside the pool is a fenced lake of mq.1000 surrounded by fruit trees of various kinds.

The farm (about 11 hectares) is mainly of cereal-livestock style, with a breeding of pigs (about 300 head per year), vineyards, olive groves, orchards and breeding bees.

For all childrens (and not only), is arrived Beppe, the stubborn, nice donkey!
